I woke up this morning sad that he wasn’t with me. He was “my person,” which you feel or crave more on holidays. I didn’t think I’d get through the day with a smile, but with the help of my mother, brother, his wife, their doggie, text messages from 12 friends, good food and some sage advice from a taxi driver, I am going to sleep tonight happy, feeling grateful and blessed.

I like the vlog idea for Therapy Thursdays. Why don’t you try it out for a while and see how it goes? I’m sure we’re all game to follow you wherever you want to go.
Thanks so much for the feedback. I hadn’t heard from anyone else, so I was starting to think it was a bad idea. I can always try it out and see how it works. As my therapist says, you don’t have to make any big decisions right now. Just keep showing up. That’s what I’ll do.
I’m in agreement with Jennifer, I’ve enjoyed the Vlogs. It’s a fun way of spicing things up a bit. Plus, hearing and seeing you tell a story is far more exciting and enjoyable than simply reading it. I like being able to see your expressions and hear the tone and mood in your voice. What can I say; you’re a great story teller. Also, while I was purchasing a few copies of your book at Powell’s, I got side tracked and read your Q&A. I was shocked and amazed that one, you had read The Fountainhead and B, that you find Howard Roark sexy. I only know two other people who have read it and I’m definitely the only one who imagined him sexy. Glad to know I’m not the only one.
